Responsibilities
Design and Develop: Architect, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs that support our web and mobile applications.
Collaborate: Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless, high-performance applications.
Optimize: Ensure that backend services are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance across various environments.
Integrate: Build and maintain integrations with third-party services, including blockchain networks, payment gateways, and other external APIs.
Monitor: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Contribute: Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in backend development.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js, with experience in building RESTful APIs.
Database Management: Strong experience with databases, including PostgreSQL.
Indexer: Strong experience in building and maintaining blockchain Indexers either from scratch or using protocols such as The Graph.
IPFS: Experience with decentralized file storage system such as IPFS.
Version Control: Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Security Focus: Understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
API Integration: Experience with integrating third-party APIs and services.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and communicate clearly with team members.
Preferred Skills
Blockchain Experience: Understanding of blockchain technology and experience with libraries such as Web3.js, ethers.js, or similar.
Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, or Jest.
CI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
