Yes, you can add AI invisible watermark by wrapping your NFT into an xNFT. Congratulations, your JPEG will turn into something much cooler! Currently, we're offering this wrapping feature exclusively to partnered projects. As of January 2025, our partnered collections include Bored Ape Yacht Club and Pudgy Penguins. We'll keep our community updated as we add more partnered projects.
When you wrap your NFT, you're essentially securing it in our smart contract while minting a new xNFT that carries our AI watermark. The process keeps your original token ID and creates an xNFT version of your token. Your original NFT stays safely locked in our wrapper contract while you hold the xNFT. The procedure will be super simple and straightforward, and we'll be sharing the guideline soon.
If you ever want to turn your xNFT back into your old JPEG, though we have no idea why you ever would, yes you can. Simply unwrap your xNFT whenever you want, and you will receive your original NFT (well, just a JPEG). As the token owner, you have full control over this process.
The real world encompasses not just the physical space we inhabit but also the digital realm beyond crypto, including platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. The wrapped xNFT can be utilized as a commercial product. For example, you can use your ape as a trademark and launch your own brand of hoodies.
